International Consulting Group Associates “ICGA” is a company that canalizes, through the modality of association, the experience and trajectory of a group of professionals in the development, construction, and administration of heavy engineering projects.
As a result of knowledge, expertise, and responsibility, our company can bring quality and efficiency to our clients. In addition, with the company’s inter-institutional relations at local and international level, ICGA has been working hand to hand with governments and private sectors for the development and integration of the Central American and Caribbean region.
This company was formed to offer the services of General Construction, Consulting, and Project Management, which covers from land finding, geotechnical studies, permission management, project management and other services related to construction.
History
ICGA was founded in Costa Rica in 2000 after a long experience in consulting and quality control on multiple projects.
Then, in 2002 we started to operate internationally. We have worked with several Hotel chains in recent years like AMresorts in the Zoetry Montego Bay Project, Couples in Jamaica and Barbados, Grupo Piñero in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, Grupo Fiesta in Jamaica, Grupo H10 Hotels, Grupo Amaterra Jamaica, Arya Resorts Jamaica and others.
In the private industry with the Sampol Group, Madeplax Group, China Complant Group, Dolci Ltd, Cobian, Mowatt Concrete & Equipment Rental Limited, Audley Evans, Envipro LTD, Don Brownie, NFD Development, Centreline Project Solutions Ltd among others.
In present time, we are working on a Surreal at Sugar Meals, which is a 24 apartments and 2 town house project, Showroom supervision for IMCA, a trigenerator plant for Sampol Group in Jamaica and One of our major development projects in process is Amaterra-Marriott, Hotel Complex with 4000 rooms, 1200 luxury villas located in Duncans, Trelawny.

Gustavo Arroyo
Technical Director
Civil engineer with advanced studies in industrial engineering. With more than 30 years experience in hotel design, project management, quality control, soil mechanics, renewable energy, highway construction, and project assessment and evaluation. Graduated from Universidad de Costa Rica and Isaac Newton University. He has worked as a project manager in different countries and has implemented the use of the SO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 14001 standards in different projects and companies. Quality of execution being one of the highest values for him. He founded ICGA in 2000.
Carlos A. Manzur
Administrative Director
Graduated form Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra “PUCMM” in Santiago, Dominican Republic as Business Administrator. Became Corporative Manager Warehouse departments and Motor equipment department for projects in Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Antigua. In 2019 becomes the Administrative Director of ICGA.
